Richard B. Cheney has been a public servant for many years and also is a successful businessman. Cheney is currently the Vice President of the United States. Richard Bruce Cheney is the father of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th of January 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska. At the age of 13, Richard Bruce and his family moved to Casper (in the state of Wyoming) where his father was Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's the district for soil conservation.
